1. Sketch for a new 10 meter long runner for the library of The Glyptotek is inspired by the rows of books in shelves in the room.
The sketch creates an illusion of a jigsaw puzzle in seven rows of books on the floor. The rows have different widths and are framed by orange and deep red border stripes. The colours ranges from blue, bluish green to deep purple. Copenhagen 2023
2. Sketches for a new altar rug and antependium for Errindlev Church in Denmark September 2024
The idea behind the rug design originated from an old bench–end hanging as a decoration in the start of the church. Ingraved lines in the rim of the bow inspired me to make lines and to create coloured areas between the lines. Through a number of sketches the rug design ended up being an abstract star in various blue shades. A blue inspired by the colour which appears in Jesus cloth in the altarpiece.
The sketch for the antependium is build up by blocks in various formats and colour shades. The blocks represent steps to Jesus Christ and adapts the colours of the altarpiece.
